Great, convincing proposals and amazing projects are a basic requirement to have a chance of winning a grant. In this two-day course, you will learn everything about proposal writing that you need to know with an experienced trainer to be able to maneuver the complicated world of fundraising.

The aim of the training is to help organizations and fundraising managers to maneuver the complicated world of fundraising and to know how to write a compelling and ultimately successful proposal. The training uses real-life examples, case studies, and interactive exercises to illustrate effective techniques and strategies. It will be conducted in English.

Trainer

Dr. Eva Wieners has worked for the past seven years with NGOs on the grassroots level in Nepal in the field of fundraising, capacity development and promotion of sustainable agricultural practices. She has worked on countless proposals for international foundations and has a lot of experience – particularly in the field of small grants. Before coming to Nepal, she worked in South America and Europe. She holds a Ph.D. in geography from the University of Hamburg and a master’s (diploma) degree of geography, agriculture, and management from the University of Cologne, Germany and Universidad de Caceres, Spain.

Organisation name is Dalit welfare organisation(DWO).Organisation Vision is a justifiable society without caste-based discrimination and mission is Increase Dalit access to education, health and employment by increasing the capacity of the DWO organization and increase representation and access to all state mechanisms and public infrastructure through advocacy . DWO have 56 district branch out of 77 district into Nepal. I am National General Secretary and but highly interested and in need of the training.
