Smurfit Kappa Foundation Grant

Smurfit Kappa Foundation Grant is committed to supporting projects that positively impact the lives of underprivileged people in the communities where Smurfit Kappa Group operates. They will do this by financially supporting sustainable projects locally that have a positive impact through health and nutrition, education, basic care, and reducing inequalities that exist.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Smurfit Kappa Foundation Grant, your project:

• Must be for the benefit of underprivileged people.
• Must be in the areas of Health& Nutrition, Education, or Basic care.
• Must be a sustainable project.
• Must be for a public benefit.
• Must be in a country where SKG operates.
• Must be supportive of a least one of the below United Nations sustainable development goals that we have set as a priority.

Benefits

• The SK Foundation provides a minimum grant size of €10,000.

Application Process

Please note for ALL applications, the SK Foundation will only be able to consider grant requests submitted using the online application.

• Log onto their website.
• Click Apply for funding and you will be brought to their application platform.
• You will then be asked to register your organization and a user before being brought through our eligibility test.
• If you pass the eligibility test you will then receive access to complete the full application form.
• Once you submit this form, they will begin the process of reviewing it as mentioned above.

Note: Only requests received via the online application process will be considered. Applications will be accepted at any time, and if eligible for funding and have passed their review stage, will be presented at the subsequent SK Foundation Board Meeting.
