Small Network Grants 2023
The Small Network Grants 2023 fund networks, community events, training initiatives, community infrastructure, development, and learning initiatives that assist local people and communities in strengthening social capital and capability to prepare for future droughts.
Eligibility
To be eligible for Small Network Grants 2023, applicants must:
- The applicant organization must be a not-for-profit organization with an ABN, or incorporation certificate. Organizations with or without a DGR-1 endorsement are eligible. The proposed project must be for charitable purposes and offer clear public benefit in communities in remote, rural, or regional Australia that are agriculture-dependent.
- Stream 1: A list of eligible priority Local Government Areas (LGAs) can be found here: Stream 1 LGAs.
All LGAs in regional, rural, or remote locations are eligible to apply for Stream 1 funding (except Stream 2 locations). - Stream 2: A list of eligible LGAs from the NSW Far West, NT Tablelands, NT Arid Lands, and WA Great Southern regions can be found here: Stream 2 LGAs.
Benefits
Two streams of grants are available via two rounds:
- Up to a maximum of $20,000; or
- Up to a maximum of $50,000 (depending on location).
