This concept note was shared with us for learning purposes by the organization Calcutta Rescue, finalist of the “ProposalsforNGOs Small Grant Competition”.
The objective of this project is to improve the quality of malnutrition assessment in the Street Medicine programme with the objective to carry out accurate weight and height measurements among all children who attend the street medicine clinics. This concept note does a great job summarizing the program into just one page, focusing on the objective and methodology of the project. Additionally, it clearly states the total budget and the amount the NGO is seeking.
