proposalsforNGOs has launched a “Small Grant Opportunity 2019” for NGOs around the world to pitch their project ideas. This is an open call for proposals. You can participate with proposals that have already been submitted or projects that you plan to implement in the future.
The contest aims to show how NGOs can develop a project idea to reality. Selected proposal will be showcased to proposalsforngos.com users, for the purpose of sharing best practices and increase awareness of proposalsforNGOs tools and services amongst NGOs around the world.

I finished writing a concise proposal and when I loaded the page and duly filled it, it would not go
through. The file I had was 20Kb so I am not sure why this is not possible.

Karamoja cluster is a region in Northern eastern Uganda and northwestern Kenya. The region is mainly inhabitants by pastoralists and have been enraged in inter communal conflicts for ages. these conflict manifests itself through cattle raiding/rustling, killings, kidnapping and general displacements of population.
