  5. Karamoja cluster is a region in Northern eastern Uganda and northwestern Kenya. The region is mainly inhabitants by pastoralists and have been enraged in inter communal conflicts for ages. these conflict manifests itself through cattle raiding/rustling, killings, kidnapping and general displacements of population. From the year 2000 to date, Uganda government engaged in comprehensive disarmament, where close to 200, 000 guns were moped from the civilians. Presently the tribal warriors have reformed they no longer participate in cattle raiding. Now they would want to engage in alternative sources of livelihoods, which to trade in their livestock. And because of the penetration of telephony in east Africa and more so among these pastoral people, I would want to set up a whatsApp group for cattle keepers who would like to sale their livestock during market days in the borders lands of west Pokot county in Kenya and Karamoja region of Uganda. This platform is meant to enable these cattle traders share market prizes for that they have now how as far as market is dynamics is concerned. This will strengthen further inter communal relations and built more cohesive societies among these pastoral people.
