Learning is the internal spark that keeps Hristy active. She began her career as a supervisor and program coordinator for an international project, with years of experiences she is now focused on working for capacity building of NGOs that work as change agents and development of youths. Hristy holds a master's degree in Conflict Peace and Development Studies from Tribhuvan University.
