Project Design Essentials: The Steps to Designing a Donor-Attractive LogFrame

With funding becoming more competitive and donors demanding a greater degree of beneficiary accountability, even seasoned professionals are called to improve the processes of project design. Logical Frameworks or LogFrames are notoriously confusing and difficult to put together. This is because creating a good logical framework requires both a holistic and detailed understanding of the project. This level of understanding is rarely complete during the planning and funding stage, specially when the project design is still in flux. Still, even a draft logical framework can be very useful for planning, managing, and fundraising.

The aim of this training is to help you become comfortable with Logical Frameworks! Developed by humanitarian aid workers themselves through years of practice, this course will help you:

  • Establish a solid base of understanding of the hierarchy of logic
  • Develop indicators which are easy-to-measure and capture your achievements
  • Analyze your external environment and design your project with necessary assumptions and risks in mind.

Methodology 

The course will be delivered through mixed-use of presentation, case-study examples, role-play and lively discussions in several sessions covering all steps vital to a successful application.

It’s expensive for the general people…student like me and people like me who wants to learn ….you can complete your masters degree in 25000..relate this things…You are targeting the professional people who are in good post and have a good earning…if they are earning good then why this program for them only…there should be equity…anyway best of luck for the program…
