This concept note was shared with us for learning purposes by the Integrated Health for All Foundation (IHAF) working towards ensuring “Quality Health for All” amongst the poorest and economically disadvantaged communities depending solely on subsistence agriculture – with over-crowded households amongst who are young children, pregnant/breastfeeding women, orphans and adolescent girls, through education, improved nutrition and health care.

The objective of this project is to provide sustainable cost-effective and efficient cassava-pig wastes-based cooking fuel to at least 85% of indigents in the Mankanikong community by the end of the year 2018.

Project Location: Bafut, North West region, Cameroon

Project Title: Our Drainages: Recycling of community waste from cassava (peelings) and pig (waste) in Mankanikong into biogas for cooking.
